About Position: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Camunda BPM & Agentic AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Camunda BPM, ReactJS, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud technologies, along with experience integrating Agentic AI capabilities into business processes. This role will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and intelligent workflow-driven applications while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across the organization. Role: Senior Camunda BPM & Agentic AI Solution Architect Location: Hyderabad Experience: 12 to 15 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and implement enterprise workflow automation solutions using Camunda BPM. Translate existing Pega processes into scalable BPMN and DMN workflows within Camunda. Develop backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot to support workflow execution, orchestration, and business logic. Build and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS for human task management, workflow interaction, and case management. Design and implement integrations with REST APIs, messaging platforms, databases, and enterprise applications. Embed Agentic AI capabilities into workflows using LLMs, Generative AI services, and intelligent automation frameworks. Architect end-to-end solutions covering workflow orchestration, backend services, APIs, integrations, and front-end applications. Ensure application scalability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability across distributed environments. Drive cloud-native deployments on Azure AKS and Kubernetes platforms. Establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation strategies for enterprise applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, analysts, and engineering teams to gather and implement requirements. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design evaluations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow, integration, infrastructure, and application issues. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in customer-facing discussions, solution workshops, and technical presentations. Expertise You'll Bring: 12-15 years of experience in enterprise application development, workflow automation, and solution architecture. Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot development. Extensive experience designing and implementing Camunda BPM solutions using BPMN and DMN. Strong experience building microservices-based architectures and distributed systems. Expertise in ReactJS development for enterprise applications and workflow-driven user interfaces. Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, enterprise integrations, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms. Experience integrating Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows and automation platforms. Deep knowledge of software design patterns, Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms. Experience designing secure, scalable, and high-availability enterprise solutions. Expertise in cloud-native application architecture and containerized deployments. Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. Experience working with enterprise databases and backend data management solutions. Ability to drive technical discussions with customers and business stakeholders. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, governance, and architecture principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
