Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Location: Pune, India Years of Experience: 8 to 12 Years Role Family: NA Role (Specialization): NA About Position We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development, particularly in GoLang and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based solutions and a passion for building scalable applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain applications using GoLang and AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS, EC2, and S3. Work with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL for database management and optimization. Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications. Engage in AI-DLC processes, including specification drafting from existing code, redefining specifications for new products, and developing user stories. Conduct unit testing, automation testing using Playwright, and participate in code reviews and pull requests. Deploy applications to AWS and ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Maintain source control practices and ensure code quality through best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Mandatory Skills 8+ years of hands-on development experience. 3+ years of experience in GoLang and AWS services. Proficient in AWS Aurora PostgreSQL. Experience with Docker. Strong understanding of source control techniques and practices. Excellent analytical abilities and an architect mindset. Strong communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in AI-DLC processes, including specification drafting and automation testing. Knowledge of .NET technologies. Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
