About Position: We are looking for a talented .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies to build modern, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ReactJS, .NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server while collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver robust business solutions. Role: .NET Full Stack Developer Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. Develop reusable UI components and ensure responsive behavior across devices and browsers. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Optimize frontend performance and enhance user experience. Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET Web API (.NET 8 and above) and ASP.NET MVC. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and service integrations. Implement secure, maintainable, and high-performance business logic. Troubleshoot application issues and support production environments. Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, Solution Architects, and Product Owners. Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and solution design. Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards and development best practices. Support Agile/Scrum delivery processes and sprint activities. Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide technical recommendations. Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security. Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities. Support deployment, testing, and release management processes. Drive continuous improvement through technical innovation and best practices. Expertise You'll Bring: 5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Development. Strong expertise in HTML4 / HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap Media Queries JavaScript TypeScript Hands-on experience with ReactJS using TypeScript. Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications. Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques. Strong proficiency in C# ASP.NET MVC .NET Web API (.NET 8+) Experience designing and developing REST APIs. Strong understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns. Experience building scalable and secure enterprise applications. Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Strong expertise in Query Development Stored Procedures Views UDFs Database Design Performance Tuning Experience with schema design, normalization, and query optimization. Experience with .NET MAUI. Exposure to SSIS and SSRS. Knowledge of performance tuning and scalable application architecture. Familiarity with Azure or cloud-based deployments. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is an added advantage. Microsoft .NET, Azure, or related certifications will be preferred.
