About Position: We are seeking a highly experienced Security Architect / SME specializing in Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Penetration Testing (PT), Red Teaming, Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS), and Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM) to lead Transition & Transformation initiatives within our Security Practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing customer security environments, defining transformation roadmaps, designing enterprise security architectures, conducting OEM and industry best-practice health assessments, and leading the implementation of advanced security solutions. This role requires strong consulting, architecture, and stakeholder management expertise with the ability to work closely with customers, OEM partners, and internal delivery teams. Role: Security Architect / SME Location: Pune Experience: 12 to 15 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Vulnerability Management, Red Teaming, BAS, and Security Transformation engagements. Define and document High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) artifacts. Review architecture and design documents with customers and stakeholders. Design scalable and secure vulnerability management and validation frameworks. Provide architecture governance and technical leadership across security transformation projects. Lead enterprise-wide Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Testing (PT) initiatives. Design risk-based vulnerability management programs aligned with business and security objectives. Develop vulnerability prioritization and remediation strategies. Build and optimize vulnerability scanning profiles and assessment methodologies. Support Red Teaming and adversary emulation exercises based on MITRE ATT&CK methodologies. Drive Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) programs to continuously validate security controls. Perform current-state assessments and due diligence activities across customer environments. Conduct health checks based on OEM recommendations and industry best practices. Identify security gaps and define target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps. Provide actionable recommendations to improve security posture and operational efficiency. Support security maturity assessments and roadmap creation initiatives. Design and develop executive and operational security dashboards. Define KPIs, KRIs, and security metrics for vulnerability management programs. Build reporting frameworks that provide visibility into security risks, remediation progress, and overall security posture. Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and organizational security requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to customers on vulnerability management and security transformation initiatives. Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder presentations. Support presales activities, RFP responses, solution proposals, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Serve as an L3 SME for complex incidents, escalations, and technical troubleshooting. Mentor junior engineers, consultants, and security specialists. Drive knowledge management, capability building, and best-practice adoption. Expertise You'll Bring: 12–15 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Consulting, Security Architecture, or Security Operations. Extensive experience in Vulnerability Assessment (VA) Penetration Testing (PT) Red Teaming Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM) Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) Strong experience conducting enterprise security assessments and transformation programs. Expertise in vulnerability remediation planning and risk-based prioritization methodologies. Strong understanding of adversary emulation frameworks, attack simulations, and threat-informed defense strategies. Hands-on experience with security architecture, HLDs, LLDs, and enterprise security design. Experience creating executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and security metrics reporting. Strong knowledge of security governance, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices. Proven customer-facing consulting and security architecture experience. Ability to lead security transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
