Job Title: QA-AIML Tester Location: Bengaluru, India Years of Experience: 8-12 Years Role Family: NA Role (Specialization): NA About Position The AI Test Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, safety, and correctness of AI-enabled systems throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This position requires a blend of manual and automated testing skills, with a strong focus on AI applications and their unique challenges. What You'll Do Design and validate AI-enabled applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Conduct data validation for AI applications, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Validate outputs from Large Language Models (LLMs) and assess prompt behavior changes. Automate both functional and non-functional tests to enhance testing efficiency. Test AI integrations, APIs, and workflows to ensure seamless operation. Perform regression testing for AI model/version changes to maintain system stability. Collaborate with developers to establish and uphold quality gates throughout the development process. Mandatory Skills Proven experience in application testing, both manual and automation. Strong knowledge of Python programming. Experience with CI/CD processes and quality gates. Preferred Skills Experience in testing LLM outputs and understanding prompt behavior. Familiarity with model variability and non-determinism in AI systems. Proficient in test data management for AI applications. Knowledge of responsible AI testing concepts and practices. Expertise You'll Bring With 8-12 years of experience in software testing, you will bring hands-on AI testing experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges associated with AI applications.
