About Position: We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce platform development, customization, integration, and automation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in accelerating the delivery of Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements while ensuring platform stability, scalability, and performance. This position requires strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, API integrations, and Salesforce platform best practices. Role: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Pune Experience: Between 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Execute and deliver Salesforce enhancements, customization requests, and technical improvements from the project backlog. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Build and maintain custom business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex. Develop and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems such as ERP, PSA, marketing platforms, and third-party applications. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Sales Operations teams, and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements. Optimize existing workflows, automation processes, and Salesforce platform performance. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and integration failures. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and governance frameworks. Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and configuration records. Contribute to platform stability, maintainability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support release management and deployment activities across environments. Expertise You'll Bring: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. Strong expertise in Apex Classes Apex Triggers Batch Apex Queueable Apex SOQL & SOSL Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience building scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits. Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows including Record-Triggered Flows Screen Flows Approval Processes Business Process Automation Experience configuring Custom Objects Validation Rules Workflows Page Layouts Permissions Ability to optimize business processes using declarative tools and custom development. Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs SOAP APIs Platform Events Web Services Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, PSA, Marketing Automation, and external enterprise systems. Understanding of integration architecture patterns and secure API design principles. Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model Object Relationships Security Model Profiles Roles Permission Sets Sharing Rules Experience implementing secure and scalable access controls. Understanding of platform governance and security best practices. Experience performing Unit Testing Integration Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Regression Testing Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management processes. Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and platform reliability. Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities. Experience troubleshooting Apex Errors Flow Failures Integration Issues Performance Bottlenecks Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex production issues. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams. Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
