About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Graph and AI Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in knowledge graph design, ontology modeling, and AI integration technologies. This role is critical in advancing AI-assisted knowledge management systems, enabling intelligent retrieval, reasoning, and decision support through graph-powered architectures. Role: Senior Knowledge Graph and AI Integration Specialist Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale knowledge graph solutions using RDF, OWL, and property graph models. Build and optimize ontology models, taxonomies, semantic relationships, and metadata structures. Develop and manage graph database solutions using Neo4j and related graph technologies. Create robust Python-based data pipelines for entity extraction, normalization, enrichment, and relationship discovery. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with knowledge graphs to enhance retrieval, reasoning, and contextual understanding. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG solutions. Build graph-powered search, recommendation, and semantic retrieval systems. Develop evaluation frameworks to assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, grounding, consistency, and hallucination detection. Collaborate with AI, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to define knowledge management strategies. Enhance semantic data modeling and knowledge discovery capabilities across enterprise platforms. Support implementation of AI-assisted knowledge management systems and intelligent automation initiatives. Mentor junior team members on knowledge graph architectures, ontology modeling, and AI integration best practices. Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, Graph AI, Knowledge Representation, and Graph Analytics. Expertise You'll Bring: 8 to 12 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Knowledge Management, or related domains. Strong expertise in Knowledge Graph Design and Ontology Modeling. Hands-on experience with RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and Property Graphs. Deep experience with Neo4j and graph database technologies. Strong Python programming skills with experience building data processing and entity extraction pipelines. Experience with entity resolution, normalization, and relationship discovery frameworks. Hands-on experience integrating LLMs with Knowledge Graphs for retrieval and reasoning use cases. Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. Experience implementing GraphRAG, semantic search, and graph-based retrieval systems. Experience developing AI evaluation frameworks focused on accuracy, consistency, grounding, and hallucination detection. Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Natural Language Processing concepts. Experience working with graph analytics, semantic web technologies, and knowledge representation frameworks. Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, GraphRAG, DeepEval, Ragas, or similar AI evaluation frameworks. Experience with AI-assisted knowledge management and enterprise search platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architecture design skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineering teams. Experience working in Agile and collaborative engineering environments. Strong passion for AI innovation, semantic technologies, and intelligent knowledge systems.
