About Position: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and MLOps. You will be responsible for developing intelligent solutions that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable business value across enterprise environments. In this role, you will collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, platform teams, architects, and business stakeholders to design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and cloud-based AI platforms. Role: AI/ML Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business and operational challenges. Build and implement predictive analytics, classification, regression, and recommendation models. Develop NLP solutions for text analytics, document processing, conversational AI, and language understanding. Design and implement Computer Vision solutions for image processing, object detection, classification, and analysis. Apply advanced machine learning algorithms including Random Forest, Support Vector Machines, Gradient Boosting, and XGBoost. Develop deep learning models using CNNs, RNNs, and transformer-based architectures. Build and deploy Generative AI solutions including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI workflows. Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases. Perform statistical analysis and apply econometric techniques to derive actionable business insights. Develop scalable AI solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related frameworks. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Integrate machine learning models into enterprise applications and business workflows. Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management. Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements. Monitor model performance and continuously improve prediction accuracy and reliability. Conduct model validation, experimentation, and performance benchmarking. Create technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and knowledge-sharing materials. Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in AI, ML, Generative AI, and automation technologies. Expertise You'll Bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science. Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and model development methodologies. Hands-on experience with Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Gradient Boosting Machine (GBM), and XGBoost. Strong knowledge of statistical and econometric techniques including Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, and Time Series Analysis. Experience building Deep Learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar frameworks. Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks. Experience developing Computer Vision solutions using modern AI technologies. Knowledge of transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs). Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG frameworks, Agentic AI workflows, and prompt engineering. Experience fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying machine learning and AI models. Strong programming skills in Python and AI-related ecosystems. Experience working with cloud platforms and AI services. Knowledge of MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and governance. Understanding of cloud security principles and secure AI implementation practices. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.
