About Position: We are seeking an experienced Technical Development Lead (C/C++) to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in C/C++ development, technical leadership, software architecture, and project delivery. You will play a critical role in driving technical decisions, mentoring development teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of software projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance technical excellence, team management, and project governance while delivering scalable and reliable enterprise applications. Role: Technical Development Lead Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead and manage a team of software developers throughout the software development lifecycle. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C/C++ technologies. Drive technical architecture discussions and make key design decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans. Oversee project planning, execution, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and production challenges. Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor, coach, and support team members in their technical and professional development. Manage development risks, dependencies, and project escalations. Promote Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support deployment and operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and engineering efficiency. Expertise You'll Bring: 8-12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C/C++ programming. Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex software projects. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and system architecture. Experience in technical leadership, project planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong experience in debugging, performance optimization, and software troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and quality assurance practices. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and project execution frameworks. Knowledge of software security principles and secure coding practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining delivery quality and timelines. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong mentoring and team-building capabilities.
