About Position: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in Finance Technology, Billing Platforms, ERP Systems, and Enterprise Application Integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing financial systems, with a strong focus on Zuora Billing Platform, Oracle PL/SQL, SaaS Finance Applications, and system integrations. This role requires a blend of software engineering and business systems expertise to build scalable solutions across billing, order-to-cash, taxation, and ERP ecosystems. You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and business-critical solutions that support enterprise growth. Role: Enterprise Systems Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Configure, customize, and enhance enterprise billing platforms, primarily Zuora. Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions supporting financial operations. Design and implement scalable solutions across billing, ERP, taxation, and finance systems. Build and support integrations between Zuora, ERP platforms, payment gateways, and third-party applications. Develop and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and database objects. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement and support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Billing business processes. Work with REST APIs to integrate finance systems and external applications. Troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure platform stability. Enhance existing financial technology solutions through continuous improvements and automation. Participate in system design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance of enterprise finance applications. Collaborate with Program Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Finance Teams, and other stakeholders. Provide technical documentation, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Support implementation of new financial tools and technology platforms as business requirements evolve. Expertise You'll Bring: 5-8 years of experience working with Finance Technology and Enterprise Business Systems. Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing Platform configuration, customization, and enhancements. Expert-level experience in Oracle PL/SQL development. Strong SQL programming and database development skills. Experience supporting Billing and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL Development, JavaScript, REST APIs, SaaS-Based Enterprise Applications. Experience designing and supporting integrations between finance systems and external platforms. Strong understanding of subscription billing, invoicing, payments, taxation, and revenue-related workflows. Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, deployment, and support processes. Experience with Billing Platforms such as Zuora, Subscription Billing Systems, Payment Gateway Integrations. Familiarity with Avalara, Braintree, Tax Management Solutions. Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Understanding of financial reporting, revenue operations, and finance system architecture. Experience working with ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP, NetSuite, SAP. Strong experience with enterprise application integrations. Knowledge of API-based integrations and middleware technologies. Understanding of system interoperability and data synchronization methodologies. Experience with Finance Transformation or ERP modernization projects. Knowledge of workflow automation and business process optimization. Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS ecosystems. Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices. Experience working in high-growth SaaS organizations. Knowledge of financial compliance and governance processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive approach toward identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Self-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance Systems, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in Zuora, Oracle, ERP Platforms, or Cloud Technologies are a plus.
