About Position: We are seeking a skilled GCP IAM Developer with experience in cloud security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), automation, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing IAM policies, role mappings, access automation, provisioning workflows, and enterprise IAM integrations within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role requires strong hands-on expertise in GCP IAM, Terraform, CI/CD, cloud security controls, and automation technologies to support secure and scalable cloud environments. Role: GCP IAM Developer Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Configure and implement GCP IAM roles, permissions, policies, and service account access controls. Develop IAM automation solutions and access provisioning workflows. Implement persona-to-role mappings and entitlement management configurations. Integrate GCP environments with enterprise IAM and identity governance solutions. Develop automation scripts for access governance, compliance reporting, and operational efficiency. Configure monitoring, audit logging, and policy enforcement mechanisms across cloud environments. Support deployment, testing, validation, and implementation activities. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide production support for cloud security operations. Collaborate with cloud, security, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to implement IAM best practices. Support access reviews, compliance audits, and governance initiatives. Contribute to cloud security improvements and continuous process optimization initiatives. Participate in release management, change implementation, and environment support activities. Expertise You'll Bring: 5-8 years of experience in Cloud Security, IAM Development, Platform Engineering, or related domains. Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GCP IAM. Expertise in configuring IAM policies, custom roles, permissions, service accounts, and access controls. Experience implementing entitlement management and role-based access control (RBAC) models. Strong knowledge of Cloud Identity and enterprise IAM concepts. Proficiency in Java or Python for automation and integration development. Experience with Shell Scripting for operational automation and support activities. Strong understanding of REST APIs and API-based integrations. Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms. Knowledge of cloud-native security controls and cloud governance frameworks. Experience implementing access governance and audit logging solutions. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools in cloud environments. Understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management principles. Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows. Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively within Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
