About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Project Manager with extensive experience in AI technologies and software development to lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the ISHA platform. This role will drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled workflows and integrations that support business transformation, audit initiatives, and modernization programs within the healthcare technology domain. Role: Senior AI Project Manager Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the ISHA platform while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. Drive the implementation of AI-enabled workflows and intelligent integrations to improve operational efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and product owners to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions. Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools and technologies to build intelligent, secure, and scalable business applications. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery. Lead AI modernization initiatives and support enterprise-wide adoption of Generative AI solutions. Define project governance, technical standards, and implementation strategies for AI-enabled applications. Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to executive and business stakeholders. Support audit, compliance, and regulatory initiatives related to healthcare technology solutions. Mentor engineers and project team members, fostering continuous learning and innovation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, productivity, and AI adoption. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives and strategic outcomes. Expertise You'll Bring: 8 to 12 years of experience in Project Management, Software Development, or Technology Delivery. Strong proficiency in: Python Java SQL Azure Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and enterprise AI applications. Experience leveraging enterprise-approved AI tools to build intelligent business solutions. Knowledge of cloud-native application development and cloud platform architectures. Experience leading complex technology projects and modernization programs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Ability to manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality enterprise solutions. Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI adoption strategies. Experience supporting business transformation and digital modernization initiatives. Knowledge of enterprise application integration and cloud-based solution delivery.
