About Position: We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions that drive business value and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Data Engineering, MLOps, and Cloud Computing. You will be responsible for building intelligent AI-powered applications, designing scalable machine learning solutions, and implementing modern AI architectures that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Role: AI Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI and Machine Learning solutions to solve complex business challenges. Build and optimize Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation solutions. Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise AI applications. Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models and foundation models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. Develop and maintain data pipelines required for model training, validation, inference, and analytics workloads. Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management. Design and manage vector search solutions using embeddings and vector databases. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions. Develop, test, and deploy AI workloads across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI systems through experimentation and optimization. Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI standards. Create technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and best practices for AI solutions. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, tools, and industry trends. Expertise You'll Bring: 5-8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering roles. Strong programming expertise in Python. Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Strong experience developing Generative AI and Large Language Model-based applications. Expertise in prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques. Experience designing and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Knowledge of Large Language Models including GPT, Llama, Claude, and similar foundation models. Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval systems. Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts. Experience in Data Engineering and building scalable data pipelines for AI workloads. Knowledge of MLOps, ML lifecycle management, CI/CD integration, model deployment, and monitoring practices. Experience working with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model risk management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience working within Agile and collaborative engineering teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
