About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Python, React, Next.js, AWS, Agentic AI, RAG, Graph RAG, LLM Observability, and LLM Evaluation Frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent AI-powered applications, multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented solutions, and enterprise-grade GenAI platforms.This role requires a combination of strong backend engineering, modern frontend development, cloud-native architecture, and advanced Generative AI expertise. You will work closely with AI Architects, Product Teams, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver scalable and production-ready AI solutions. Role: Senior AI Full Stack Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered full-stack applications using Python, React, and Next.js. Build Agentic AI applications leveraging autonomous agents, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent systems. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Graph RAG solutions for enterprise knowledge retrieval. Develop scalable APIs and backend services to support AI applications and workflows. Build conversational AI solutions, copilots, intelligent assistants, and knowledge discovery platforms. Develop and optimize vector search, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications and external data sources. Design LLM evaluation frameworks and implement automated testing and benchmarking processes. Establish LLM observability, monitoring, tracing, and performance measurement capabilities. Build and support cloud-native AI solutions on AWS. Collaborate with frontend, backend, AI, and platform engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Implement secure, scalable, and highly available AI systems following industry best practices. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously optimize AI application performance. Expertise You'll Bring: 8-12 years of experience in Full Stack Development, AI Engineering, or Software Engineering. Strong expertise in Python for backend development and AI application development. Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for modern frontend application development. Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS Cloud. Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures and autonomous AI workflows. Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Graph RAG solutions. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Llama. Strong knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge graphs. Experience implementing LLM observability solutions, monitoring frameworks, and AI telemetry. Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks, response quality assessment, benchmarking, and testing methodologies. Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed application architectures. Understanding of cloud-native application development, containers, and DevOps practices. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
