About Position: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in GoLang, AWS cloud services, and modern application development practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications while contributing to architecture decisions, automation initiatives, and software quality improvements. Role: Senior Software Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using GoLang. Build scalable, high-performance, and cloud-native solutions on AWS. Develop and support backend services, APIs, and microservices architectures. Leverage AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS, EC2, and S3. Design and optimize database solutions using AWS Aurora PostgreSQL. Develop containerized applications using Docker. Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making. Engage in AI-DLC processes including specification drafting, requirement refinement, and user story development. Develop and execute unit tests and automation test scenarios. Perform automation testing using Playwright. Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and software quality initiatives. Deploy and support applications in AWS environments. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Maintain source control standards and development best practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing. Expertise You'll Bring: 5 to 8 years of software development experience. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in GoLang development. Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures. Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS, EC2, and S3. Hands-on experience with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL. Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning. Experience building scalable APIs and distributed applications. Hands-on experience with Docker containerization. Strong knowledge of software architecture and design principles. Experience with source control tools and version control best practices. Familiarity with Git workflows, branching strategies, and pull requests. Hands-on experience in unit testing and test automation practices. Experience with Playwright automation testing is preferred. Understanding of AI-DLC processes, specification drafting, and requirement analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Architect mindset with the ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions. Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with .NET technologies is an added advantage. Experience in Healthcare domain is preferred. Strong ownership, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
