About Position: We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment (Atria Cloud). The role involves implementing DevOps practices, managing cloud infrastructure, and building efficient CI/CD pipelines while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Role: DevOps Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Work as part of a highly efficient DevOps team, independently or collaboratively, and ensure task completion Implement and follow DevOps best practices across projects Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure within Azure Cloud environments Design, create, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Work with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Build and define workflows for deployment and automation pipelines Use source code management tools such as Git and Bitbucket Develop automation scripts using Python Collaborate within Scrum teams and contribute to Agile methodologies Document processes, action plans, issues, and lessons learned accurately and on time Communicate complex technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Build strong working relationships across teams and support team collaboration Expertise You'll Bring: Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in a large-scale enterprise (Atria Cloud) Strong understanding of DevOps principles with practical, hands-on experience Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, CI/CD Automation, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Airflow, and Azure Data Factory Experience with modern source code management tools such as Git and Bitbucket Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Proficiency in Python programming Experience in creating Azure pipelines and defining workflows Ability to work independently as well as part of a Scrum team Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent initiative, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail Ability to document expectations, issues, action plans, meeting minutes, and lessons learned accurately and in a timely manner Ability to build excellent working relationships within and across teams Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards Annual health check-ups Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment: Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
