About Position: We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack AI Engineer / Dev Lead with 8 to 12 years of expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java, React, Azure, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack application development, cloud-native architectures, AI-enabled solutions, and technical leadership. This role combines hands-on engineering, solution design, innovation, and delivery ownership while driving scalable and intelligent business solutions. Role: Senior Full Stack AI Engineer / Dev Lead Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java, React, and Azure technologies. Build scalable and secure full-stack solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Develop modern user interfaces and responsive web applications using React and related frontend technologies. Design and implement backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java-based frameworks. Integrate AI capabilities and intelligent automation features into business applications. Develop cloud-native applications leveraging Azure services and modern architectural patterns. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions. Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and solution planning activities. Implement security, reliability, performance, and scalability best practices across applications. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and engineering guidelines. Troubleshoot application issues and conduct root cause analysis for production incidents. Optimize application performance and improve system reliability and operational efficiency. Support CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, and DevOps practices. Create technical documentation, design specifications, and operational runbooks. Mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives. Expertise You'll Bring: 8 to 12 years of experience in full-stack software development and enterprise application delivery. Strong hands-on expertise in Java and modern backend development frameworks. Extensive experience developing frontend applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS. Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development. Experience integrating AI and Machine Learning capabilities into enterprise applications. Understanding of Generative AI, AI services, intelligent automation, and AI-powered application architectures. Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise solutions. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation. Strong understanding of cloud security, monitoring, governance, and operational excellence principles. Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization capabilities. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide practical technical leadership. Experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions with focus on security, scalability, and maintainability. Experience working in Agile and cross-functional delivery environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and leadership skills. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead teams and drive successful project delivery.
