About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI DevOps Engineer with 5?8 years of experience in cloud-native platforms, DevOps, and Generative AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for provisioning, deploying, securing, and operating enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions on AWS. This role focuses on Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, AI agent orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, observability, automation, and production support for mission-critical AI applications. Role: GenAI DevOps Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Provision and manage Amazon Bedrock and AWS Bedrock AgentCore infrastructure using reusable Terraform modules and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, securing, and deploying AI agents. Support Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures in production environments. Deploy, configure, and operate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and associated tool integrations. Implement agent orchestration, workflow automation, and tool-calling capabilities. Establish LLM and agent observability frameworks including tracing, monitoring, evaluation, debugging, and performance tracking. Manage prompts, guardrails, secrets, access controls, and agent configurations across multiple environments. Support Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge retrieval services. Automate production deployments and provide operational support for GenAI applications. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure platform reliability and availability. Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions using AWS services including Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM. Implement DevSecOps controls including vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement, secrets management, infrastructure compliance, and audit logging. Establish automated release, rollback, disaster recovery, and incident response processes. Monitor agent performance, model quality, response quality, latency, token consumption, reliability, availability, and operational costs. Expertise You'll Bring: 5?8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and AWS Bedrock AgentCore. Strong Python development and automation experience. Deep expertise in AWS cloud services including Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and related services. Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native and AI applications. Hands-on experience supporting Agentic AI and multi-agent systems in production. Experience deploying and managing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool integrations. Strong understanding of agent orchestration, workflow automation, and tool-calling frameworks. Experience implementing RAG architectures and integrating vector databases. Knowledge of prompt management, AI guardrails, access controls, and secure GenAI deployments. Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, security controls, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements. Experience with secrets management, audit logging, policy enforcement, and infrastructure governance. Hands-on experience with LLM observability, tracing, monitoring, evaluation, and debugging frameworks. Experience with Arize AI, Datadog, or comparable LLM observability and monitoring platforms. Ability to monitor and optimize model performance, latency, token usage, reliability, and operational costs. Experience designing enterprise-scale GenAI platforms with strong security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI practices. Experience supporting highly available, scalable, and resilient production environments. Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and operational support capabilities.
