Job Title: Reltio MDM Engineer Location: Pune, India Years of Experience: 5 to 8 Years About Position We are seeking a skilled Reltio MDM Engineer with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Reltio MDM platform and a deep understanding of data management principles. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data assets, enabling our organization to make informed decisions. What You'll Do Design, configure, and implement MDM solutions using the Reltio MDM platform. Develop and maintain data models, match rules, cleanse rules, and metadata. Manage manual and automatic merge processes, including survivorship and fallback strategies. Oversee hierarchy management and workflow management within the Reltio platform. Utilize SQS queues and manage various event types to ensure smooth data operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party data enrichment solutions, such as D&B. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve data quality and governance. Mandatory Skills 5+ years of experience in MDM, data management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the Reltio MDM platform and Reltio Integration Hub. Proficiency in data modeling, match rules, cleanse rules, and metadata management. Good understanding of manual merge/auto merge processes, survivorship, and fallback strategies. Experience with hierarchy management and workflow management. Familiarity with SQS queues and various event types. Preferred Skills Prior experience integrating with third-party data enrichment tools, such as D&B. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
