Job Title: UX Designer Location: PUNE, India Years of Experience: 2 to 5 Years Role Family: NA Role (Specialization): NA About Position We are seeking a skilled UX Lead / UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and user-centric experiences for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise application design, workflow-driven interfaces, and translating business requirements into engaging user experiences. The candidate should also be capable of delivering responsive HTML/CSS screens that can be consumed directly by development teams. What You'll Do User Experience Design Conduct user research, stakeholder workshops, and requirements analysis. Create user personas, user journeys, process flows, and information architecture. Design intuitive experiences for SailPoint IIQ workflows and business processes. Improve usability and accessibility of existing IIQ applications. Perform usability reviews and recommend UX improvements. UI Design & Prototyping Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs. Develop interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools. Design responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces. Establish and maintain design standards and reusable UI patterns. Ensure consistency across all application screens and workflows. HTML/CSS Deliverables Create responsive HTML/CSS screens from approved designs. Provide production-ready HTML templates for development teams. Ensure browser compatibility and responsive behavior. Collaborate with React/UI developers during implementation. Support conversion of designs into reusable React components. Mandatory Skills Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. Experience in user research, user journey mapping, and information architecture. Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. Familiarity with Bootstrap and Material UI (MUI). Basic understanding of JavaScript and React.js applications. Preferred Skills Experience providing production-ready HTML/CSS assets. Experience working with React development teams. Experience designing Identity and Access Management solutions. Knowledge of Material UI design framework. Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and design automation platforms. Expertise You'll Bring Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and process flows. Experience in producing low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups. Capability to develop interactive prototypes and design system guidelines. Experience in delivering responsive HTML/CSS screens and developer handoff documentation. Ability to conduct accessibility reviews and provide reports.
