About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Python Developer with expertise in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Python Development, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions using modern Generative AI frameworks and technologies. This role requires strong experience in Python development, API integrations, prompt engineering, and scalable software architecture to build innovative AI-driven business solutions. Role: GenAI Python Developer Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and solutions. Build AI-powered workflows, intelligent assistants, and automation platforms. Develop and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve accuracy and performance. Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and business processes. Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks. Design and develop scalable backend services using Python. Build robust and maintainable application components following software engineering best practices. Develop reusable modules, utilities, and AI-enabled service frameworks. Ensure high-performance and reliable application delivery. Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services. Integrate AI services, external platforms, enterprise applications, and third-party systems. Develop secure and scalable interfaces for AI-powered applications. Support API lifecycle management and performance optimization. Design and develop microservices-based applications and distributed systems. Implement scalable and resilient architectures for enterprise platforms. Support containerized deployments and modern cloud-native development practices. Build scalable backend infrastructures supporting AI workloads. Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture best practices. Participate in code reviews and establish coding standards. Develop unit tests, integration tests, and validation frameworks. Ensure application scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence. Work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Architects, and Business Stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and AI use cases. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions. Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging AI and software engineering practices. Analyze and resolve application, integration, and AI model-related issues. Optimize prompts, workflows, APIs, and backend services for performance. Perform root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and enhance application reliability and user experience. Expertise You'll Bring: 8-12 years of experience in Python Development, Backend Engineering, or AI Application Development. Strong hands-on expertise in Python programming and software engineering. Proven experience building applications using Generative AI technologies and frameworks. Strong command over Prompt Engineering and LLM interaction strategies. Experience developing AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions. Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture. Strong expertise in RESTful API development and system integrations. Experience integrating AI services, enterprise applications, and third-party platforms. Knowledge of cloud-native application development and distributed systems. Experience with database technologies and scalable backend architectures. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms is an advantage. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
