AI Native Engineer Experience: 5–10 Years Role Summary Seeking an AI Native Engineer with expertise in building AI-first applications using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native technologies. The role involves developing intelligent applications, AI agents, copilots, and automation solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and build AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent agents. • Develop RAG pipelines, vector search solutions, and prompt engineering frameworks. • Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and workflows. • Implement AI governance, security, observability, and responsible AI practices. • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify and deliver AI use cases. • Contribute to reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and best practices. Required Skills • Strong programming skills in Java and Python • Hands-on on TypeScript and Angular • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms. • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks. • Strong knowledge of RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents. • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, Microservices, and CI/CD. Preferred Skills • Multi-agent orchestration and Agentic AI. • MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations. • AI Observability, LLMOps, and MLOps. • GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted engineering tools. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field. • AI and Cloud certifications preferred. Ideal Candidate An engineer with an AI-first mindset, strong software engineering fundamentals, and proven experience delivering enterprise-grade GenAI solutions leveraging modern AI, cloud, and automation technologies
