About Position: We are seeking an experienced Python Lead/Architect with strong expertise in Python application development, modern web frameworks, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications while leading technical teams and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle. This role requires deep hands-on experience with Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and AI-powered solutions. The candidate will play a key role in defining technical strategy, integrating Generative AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions. Role: Python Lead/Architect Location: Bengaluru Experience: Between 8 to 13 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Architect and lead the development of full-stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask) backend and React frontend. Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python with Django, Flask, and AIOHTTP. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous services.Lead integration efforts with external travel systems . Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Implement unit and integration tests; support CI/CD pipelines. Expertise You'll Bring: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python application development and backend engineering. Strong proficiency in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask. Experience designing and developing event-driven and asynchronous applications. Hands-on expertise with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Celery. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications. Proficiency in database design and development using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong knowledge of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline. Master's degree (M.Tech, MS, MCA) is preferred but not mandatory. Strong academic foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, Database Management Systems, and Distributed Computing. Relevant certifications in Python, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, or DevOps will be considered an added advantage.
