You can read more about us here: Location: Gurugram (Work from Office) Experience: 6-9 years Tech Stack: Node.js, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Redis, Kafka, Microservices, Distributed Systems Responsibilities: ● Design and develop highly scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems using Node.js. ● Architect, optimize, and manage SQL databases for high-performance applications. ● Implement and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka/RabbitMQ. ● Ensure observability and monitoring (logging, tracing, and alerting). ● Optimize API performance for low-latency, high-throughput applications. ● Drive system design discussions and propose scalable solutions. ● Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers. ● Troubleshoot scalability issues and handle high-concurrency traffic. Requirements: ● 5-7 years of experience in backend development. ● Strong expertise in Node.js, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and database design. ● Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture. ● Experience with Kafka, Redis, and scalable backend systems. ● Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). ● Strong system design and architectural decision-making skills. ● Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects. ● Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is a plus
