Amber is looking for a leader to build an AI-first decision intelligence function combining business acumen, analytics, AI, and data science. Own the analytics agenda, define and execute Amber's AI roadmap across analytics, build AI-powered decision support systems, AI copilots and self-serve intelligence tools, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows and modern AI tooling, drive pricing/commission/revenue optimization, and build and lead a high-performing analytics, data science and AI team.
Requirements
["10+ years across Analytics, Data Science, Growth Analytics, Revenue Analytics, AI or related fields", "Experience leading analytics and data teams in high-growth internet, marketplace, travel, e-commerce", "Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems including LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, and workflow automation", "Advanced SQL", "Strong Python or equivalent analytical programming expertise", "Strong statistical and analytical foundations", "Experience with modern data warehouses and analytics infrastructure", "Experience with BI platforms and self-serve analytics ecosystems", "Strong communication and stakeholder management skills", "Exceptional structured problem-solving ability"]
