As a Senior Voice Platform Software Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting, developing, and operating scalable voice infrastructure and real-time communication services used in high-volume customer interaction environments. You will work on technologies related to SIP signaling, media handling, WebRTC, distributed systems, and cloud-native platform development. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, deep technical expertise, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple teams.
Requirements
["5+ years of software development experience using C or C++", "Experience with real-time communication platforms such as FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Asterisk, or similar technologies", "Strong experience developing scalable backend or distributed systems software", "Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, load balancing, and distributed system concepts", "Experience with SIP, RTP, and VoIP technologies", "Experience troubleshooting production systems and operating highly available services at scale", "Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience", "Preferred: Experience with WebRTC and modern real-time communication architectures", "Preferred: Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes", "Preferred: Experience with scalable event-driven systems and distributed infrastructure technologies such as Kafka or Redis", "Preferred: Experience driving technical design discussions and mentoring engineers across teams"]
