Our team is responsible for building and managing global, business-critical applications within the Customer Systems space. Our solutions and services are leveraged across a wide spectrum of consumers, including Apple Service Providers, Carriers, Self-Servicing Customers, Repair Centres, Mac Depots, Resellers, Enterprise customers, Consumers , all Apple Retail stores’ Genius Bars and Contact Center Advisors / Teams. These applications are designed to deliver a world-class sales and service experience to our customers. In this role, you will employ innovative techniques, working collaboratively with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders throughout the full lifecycle development process. Serve as the Customer Systems domain champion, leading the design and architectural development of innovative solutions that enhance the end-to-end experience for customers across diverse channels.
Requirements
["8 years experience in business process definition, requirement definition, solution architecture", "8 years business analysis experience working with large scale enterprise solutions", "8 years experience in software development methodologies (including agile and traditional waterfall)", "8 years experience in working in a cross functional time-zone distributed team environment", "5 years experience in customer facing apps, UI mockup design, Java, SOA, J2EE, Object Oriented Programming and Oracle.", "Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.", "Preferred: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills", "Preferred: Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.", "Preferred: Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks", "Preferred: Excellent leadership and influencing skills", "Preferred: Proficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously", "Preferred: Able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities", "Preferred: Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities", "Preferred: Engineering/ Technical background preferred", "Preferred: Experience working with vendors and contractors"]
