About Position: We are looking for an experienced AI/Agentic Application Developer with strong expertise in .NET, Python, LLM Frameworks, and Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered applications and intelligent agents while leveraging enterprise-approved AI productivity tools. The role requires experience in healthcare-related projects, cloud platforms, and modern AI frameworks to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. Role: AI/Agentic Application Developer Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Develop end-to-end applications using ReactJS for frontend development and FastAPI/Flask Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent agent-based solutions. Build, configure, and optimize Agentic AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks. Create, test, and deploy AI/LLM-based applications across cloud environments. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions. Implement best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and production support. Utilize AI productivity tools to accelerate software development, documentation, and decision-making processes. Expertise You'll Bring: 5+ years of overall software development experience with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, Agentic AI, or LLM-based projects. Strong hands-on development experience with .NET, Python, and SQL. Experience working with LLM frameworks and building AI-powered applications. Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar platforms. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP. Strong understanding of AI productivity tools including GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Visual Studio Code AI extensions. Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) frameworks and AI agent orchestration concepts. Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, prompt engineering, and context management techniques. Good knowledge of Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, Azure AI Search, and MongoDB. Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. Understanding of enterprise application architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalable software development practices. Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment processes. Good communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum practices. Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of healthcare claims processes and related business workflows is preferred. Experience working with US-based customers and distributed global teams is preferred. Familiarity with Gemini and other Generative AI platforms is a plus. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Up to 5 years of experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools. Experience in Healthcare domain projects. Exposure to Agile delivery methodology. Knowledge of enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices. Experience with large-scale AI adoption and automation initiatives. Consistent use of enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Claude, and other approved GenAI platforms. Maintain a high level of AI-assisted productivity in coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows. Continuously learn and adopt new AI capabilities and features to improve delivery quality and development velocity. Apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate development cycles, and improve software quality.
