About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Software Engineer to drive the responsible adoption of AI and machine learning technologies within our team. This role will focus on developing innovative AI-powered software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards while delivering high-quality software solutions. Role: Senior AI/ML Software Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Drive responsible AI/ML adoption across the team, focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and traditional machine learning techniques. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve AI-powered software solutions. Build responsible AI service components that support healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements. Develop innovative AI/ML features including Generative AI solutions, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and recommendation systems. Design and implement Chatbots, Conversational AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions. Develop Agentic AI solutions using MCP or similar orchestration frameworks and Strands Agents. Partner with Product Management, Architects, and Engineering Leadership to deliver scalable AI solutions. Drive alignment with enterprise AI strategies and engineering best practices. Ensure high-quality software delivery, operational excellence, and production readiness. Mentor and train engineering teams on AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and responsible AI practices. Collaborate with cloud and platform teams to integrate AI capabilities into modernization initiatives. Prioritize, plan, and manage AI-related projects and initiatives independently. Support governance, monitoring, observability, and continuous improvement of AI solutions. Expertise You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 6+ years of software engineering experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions including LLMs, Generative AI, and traditional machine learning models. 4+ years of experience in Web and API development. 4+ years of experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS. Strong experience with Chatbots, Conversational AI, and NLP-based solutions. Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, MCP, Strands Agents, or similar orchestration platforms. Strong proficiency in Python or Java development. Deep understanding of Generative AI architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and LLM integrations. Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications and intelligent automation solutions. Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native development. Experience with security, access controls, logging, monitoring, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and production operations. Familiarity with responsible AI practices, model governance, and compliance frameworks. Experience working with healthcare data and healthcare-focused AI solutions is preferred. Full-stack engineering experience is an added advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proven ability to mentor teams and drive AI innovation initiatives. Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning. Ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality AI-powered software solutions.
