About Position: We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with a strong focus on AI and Machine Learning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly in building scalable enterprise applications and integrating AI capabilities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our ContractHub AI platform, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Role: Software Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and enhance features for the ContractHub AI platform. Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), document intelligence, and contract analytics. Develop integrations with enterprise systems and automate contract workflows. Collaborate with business, legal, product, and engineering teams to deliver effective and scalable solutions. Design and develop REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native enterprise applications. Support enterprise integrations with CRM, ERP, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance systems. Ensure application reliability, security, compliance, code quality, and operational excellence. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance coding, testing, documentation, and engineering productivity. Contribute to platform modernization and AI-powered workflow automation initiatives. Support continuous improvement efforts focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Expertise You'll Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8 to 12 years of experience in Software Development and Enterprise Application Engineering. Strong programming expertise in: Java Python Similar modern technologies Experience building REST APIs, Microservices, and scalable enterprise applications. Strong understanding of: Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Natural Language Processing (NLP) Document Processing Generative AI Experience working with cloud platforms such as: Azure AWS Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and secure coding practices. Experience working with enterprise integrations and business-critical applications. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities. Experience designing and supporting cloud-native applications. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams. Experience delivering secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise solutions. Experience leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and approved GenAI platforms to improve delivery efficiency.
