About Position: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex Compliance, SaaS, Cloud Migration, and Regulatory Technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to governance standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, compliance awareness, and expertise in managing enterprise technology programs within regulated environments. Role: Senior Technical Project Manager Location: Pune Experience: 12 to 15 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS implementation projects from initiation to successful deployment. Serve as the primary customer-facing project lead and single point of contact for stakeholders. Drive project planning, governance, execution, monitoring, and delivery activities. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, R&D, Operations, Implementation, Business Analysis, and Customer Success. Ensure adherence to security, privacy, regulatory, and organizational governance requirements. Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, customer governance forums, and status reporting. Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across business and technical teams. Drive change management, implementation readiness, and service adoption initiatives. Monitor project KPIs, delivery metrics, and operational readiness throughout the lifecycle. Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, escalation management, and issue resolution activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness and project outcomes. Ensure successful deployment, hypercare, transition, and stabilization activities. Expertise You'll Bring: 12 to 15 years of Project and Program Management experience. Proven experience managing Compliance, Financial Services, Technology, or other regulated-industry projects. Strong experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide, multi-stakeholder programs. Hands-on experience with Cloud Migration, SaaS Implementation, and Digital Transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of project governance, change management, and end-to-end project delivery methodologies. Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Business Analysis, and Customer-facing functions. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive and customer leadership teams. Proven ability to manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and governance reporting. Experience translating customer requirements into actionable delivery plans and execution strategies. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience working with globally distributed teams and multiple stakeholder groups. Knowledge of security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance frameworks. Experience in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, Surveillance, or Risk Management domains is highly preferred. Experience delivering SURVEIL-X, NTR-X, NiCE Compliance, or similar SaaS Compliance solutions is an advantage. Exposure to Cloud, AI, and Enterprise Transformation programs. Consulting or Professional Services delivery experience is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to thrive in dynamic, customer-facing, and highly regulated environments.
