About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Copilot Agent Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent agents, multi-agent orchestration solutions, MCP integrations, Azure-based AI applications, and production-grade GenAI solutions for enterprise environments. Role: Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: Between 6 to 10 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design and develop enterprise-grade AI agents using Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio. Build multi-agent orchestration solutions using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Microsoft Agent Framework, and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK. Develop MCP-based tools, API plugins, and enterprise integrations. Create .NET or Python microservices supporting agent workflows and business processes. Build secure integrations using REST APIs, OpenAPI, OAuth, Managed Identity, and Azure services. Develop and publish declarative agents within Microsoft 365 Copilot environments. Implement Power Automate, Power Platform, and custom connector solutions for business process automation. Design and optimize RAG solutions using Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric. Implement governance, Responsible AI, security controls, RBAC, DLP, and compliance standards. Evaluate agent quality, groundedness, task completion rates, and user experience in production environments. Expertise You'll Bring: 6 to 10 years of software engineering experience. Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Copilot or GenAI agent solutions in production environments. Strong expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Experience with Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Microsoft Agent Framework, and Agent Development Kit (ADK). Strong programming skills using C#/.NET or Python. Experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agent-to-Agent integrations, function calling, and OpenAPI. Hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, AKS, Container Apps, API Management, and Key Vault. Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors. Understanding of Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, Vector Search, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Fabric. Strong understanding of Entra ID, RBAC, Governance, Security, and Responsible AI principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
