About Position: We are seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in developing and supporting healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and healthcare business processes. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable healthcare applications while working closely with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that improve patient engagement, care coordination, and healthcare operations. Role: Salesforce Health Cloud Developer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2 to 5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Develop, customize, and enhance applications on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform. Configure and support Health Cloud features including Patient Profiles, Care Plans, Care Teams, Care Programs, and Assessments. Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows. Build and support integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and external healthcare systems such as EHR, EMR, and third-party applications. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities. Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. Assist with data migration, data cleansing, data quality improvements, and platform enhancements. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable healthcare solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment procedures. Ensure Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines are followed. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on healthcare platform optimization and digital transformation. Expertise You'll Bring: 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development. Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and customizations. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows. Good understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud Data Model and healthcare-specific capabilities. Experience with Patient Management, Care Plans, Care Teams, Care Coordination, and Care Program Management. Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities. Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns. Understanding of EHR/EMR integrations and healthcare system interoperability concepts. Knowledge of Salesforce security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Data Access controls. Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes, release management, and DevOps practices. Experience with Git and version control methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or patient engagement solutions is preferred.
