About Position: We are seeking a talented Salesforce Programmer Developer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce Development, Agentforce, nCino, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and will play a critical role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for financial services organizations. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative Salesforce-based applications, integrations, and customer-centric solutions while adhering to industry best practices and enterprise standards. Role: Salesforce Programmer Developer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and enhancements. Develop robust solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components. Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Implement and enhance Salesforce Agentforce capabilities to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency. Configure and customize nCino banking solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Design and build integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs and integration frameworks. Participate in application architecture, technical design discussions, and solution reviews. Develop reusable components, frameworks, and best practices for Salesforce implementations. Support data migration, data transformation, and system modernization initiatives. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely bug fixes and enhancements. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments. Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization efforts. Expertise You'll Bring: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development. Strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, nCino, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Extensive experience with Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits. Experience with Salesforce customization, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation tools. Knowledge of data migration, data loading, and integration best practices. Understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle processes. Experience working within Banking and Financial Services environments. Strong understanding of customer onboarding, lending, relationship management, and financial operations processes. Hands-on experience implementing Financial Services Cloud and nCino solutions. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations within financial services organizations. Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools and deployment frameworks. Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Salesforce DX (SFDX). Exposure to enterprise integration platforms and API management solutions. Understanding of release management and environment governance. Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification. Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce Cloud certifications. Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation programs. Knowledge of additional Salesforce products and ecosystem capabilities. Experience working in customer-facing or consulting engagements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
