About Position: We are seeking an experienced AI Architect / Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMOps, and AI Platform Engineering to lead the design, development, and operationalization of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The role focuses on building production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI platforms, implementing advanced RAG architectures, driving AI governance and observability, and delivering innovative AI-powered solutions aligned with business objectives in highly regulated enterprise environments. Role: Senior AI Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Design, develop, fine-tune, and operationalize foundation models, custom language models, and domain-specific AI applications. Build and deploy production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and semantic search platforms. Design vector-based knowledge systems and intelligent retrieval architectures. Develop autonomous and multi-agent AI systems to automate business workflows and decision-making processes. Implement agent orchestration frameworks, tool integrations, memory systems, and planning mechanisms. Evaluate, select, benchmark, and optimize commercial and open-source foundation models. Optimize AI workloads through inference tuning, quantization strategies, prompt optimization, and context management techniques. Design and implement AI observability, monitoring, tracing, evaluation, and performance measurement frameworks. Establish enterprise AI governance, safety controls, risk management, and compliance mechanisms. Build reusable AI accelerators, enterprise AI frameworks, shared services, and reference architectures. Implement LLMOps practices including model lifecycle management, deployment automation, evaluation, and monitoring. Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, security, and business teams to drive AI adoption and innovation. Contribute to architecture reviews, technical strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure responsible AI deployment aligned with enterprise governance and compliance requirements. Support AI platform modernization and cloud-native AI development initiatives. Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across AI programs. Drive AI-driven productivity and innovation initiatives using enterprise-approved AI platforms and tools. Expertise You'll Bring: 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Platform Engineering. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), and Agentic AI solutions in production environments. Strong expertise in foundation model evaluation, selection, fine-tuning, deployment, and lifecycle management. Extensive experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. Strong understanding of semantic search, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems. Proven expertise in Agentic AI architectures, agent orchestration frameworks, and intelligent workflow automation. Experience building multi-agent systems, agent memory architectures, planning frameworks, and autonomous AI workflows. Strong knowledge of AI observability, tracing, evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization frameworks. Hands-on experience with AI platform engineering, LLMOps, and model lifecycle management. Expertise in AI governance, Responsible AI, model safety, compliance, and risk management practices. Strong programming skills in Python and modern AI development frameworks. Experience working with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of prompt engineering and contextual AI system design. Experience implementing AI security controls, governance models, and enterprise compliance requirements. Knowledge of AI performance optimization including quantization, inference tuning, and workload optimization. Experience building reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and enterprise AI platforms. Understanding of cloud-native AI architectures and deployment models. Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent cloud AI platforms. Strong understanding of analytics, machine learning, and data science applications in enterprise business contexts. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and business workflows. Exposure to microservices-based architectures and distributed systems. Experience working in Agile and cross-functional product development environments. Strong stakeholder management, solution architecture, communication, and technical leadership skills. Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, or other regulated industries is highly preferred. Knowledge of healthcare standards, EMR/EHR integrations, HIPAA-compliant environments, and healthcare data ecosystems is an advantage. Experience with digital transformation initiatives, application modernization, and cloud migration programs is desirable. Familiarity with API-driven ecosystem integrations and enterprise platform architectures. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and enterprise GenAI platforms. Strong understanding of responsible AI usage, ethical AI practices, data privacy, bias mitigation, and enterprise AI governance standards.
