About Position: We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead enterprise AI assessment and advisory engagements. This role is responsible for evaluating organizational AI readiness, identifying high-impact AI opportunities, assessing data and technology maturity, and defining practical roadmaps for scalable and responsible AI adoption. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of enterprise architecture expertise, AI/ML knowledge, cloud platform experience, and consulting skills. You will work closely with business leaders, architects, data teams, security stakeholders, and executive management to help organizations unlock value from Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Automation initiatives while ensuring compliance, governance, and operational feasibility. Role: AI Architect Location: Pune Experience: 12 to 15 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead AI discovery workshops and assessment sessions with business, technology, security, compliance, operations, and data stakeholders. Evaluate enterprise AI maturity across strategy, governance, data readiness, technology platforms, operating models, and organizational capabilities. Identify and prioritize AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and automation opportunities aligned with business objectives. Assess existing business processes and recommend AI-driven transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value. Evaluate enterprise data landscapes including data quality, accessibility, governance, security, and integration readiness for AI adoption. Assess current application architectures, cloud environments, and technology ecosystems to determine AI enablement opportunities. Review existing analytics, data science, MLOps, and model lifecycle management capabilities. Define target-state AI architecture and implementation approaches for enterprise adoption. Develop AI reference architectures and solution blueprints aligned with business and technology strategies. Evaluate Generative AI use cases, Large Language Model (LLM) opportunities, intelligent automation, and agentic AI solutions. Assess AI risks including model bias, explainability, fairness, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements. Recommend Responsible AI frameworks, governance controls, risk mitigation strategies, and operational guardrails. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Enterprise Architects, and Engineering teams to define AI implementation strategies. Prioritize AI use cases based on business value, technical feasibility, cost, risk, and implementation complexity. Create enterprise AI adoption roadmaps including quick wins, medium-term initiatives, and long-term transformation programs. Prepare executive presentations, assessment reports, technology recommendations, and strategic implementation plans. Support pre-sales engagements, client workshops, and executive advisory discussions related to AI transformation. Establish AI operating models, governance structures, and best practices for sustainable adoption. Drive alignment between AI initiatives and enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and business objectives. Expertise You'll Bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline. 12-15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, or AI/ML solution delivery. Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models. Proven experience conducting enterprise AI readiness and maturity assessments. Strong knowledge of AI adoption frameworks, governance models, and enterprise transformation methodologies. Experience designing enterprise-scale AI and Machine Learning architectures. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong understanding of cloud-native AI services and enterprise AI platforms. Experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms. Knowledge of data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, Data Lakehouse architectures, and integration ecosystems. Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Master Data Management principles. Good understanding of MLOps, ModelOps, and AI lifecycle management practices. Strong familiarity with Generative AI ecosystems including LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, AI Agents, and vector databases. Understanding of Responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, accountability, explainability, privacy, and ethical AI practices. Experience evaluating AI security risks, compliance requirements, and regulatory obligations. Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architectures, and digital platforms. Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical AI opportunities and implementation roadmaps. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities. Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
