About Position: We are seeking an experienced Automation Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in intelligent automation, solution architecture, governance, and digital transformation initiatives. Role: Automation Solution Architect Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. Assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation. Recommend the most suitable automation technologies, including UiPath RPA Power Automate Power Apps Copilot Studio AI-Powered Automation Solutions Define enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, security controls, and best practices. Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions with business and technical stakeholders. Build automation roadmaps and support business case development for strategic initiatives. Design integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams. Ensure solution scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability. Drive automation adoption, innovation programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support platform modernization, environment strategy, and operational excellence. Collaborate with business leaders to align automation initiatives with organizational goals. Participate in project estimations, technical proposal development, and solution reviews. Expertise You'll Bring: 8-12 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Intelligent Automation and Solution Architecture. Hands-on experience with UiPath technologies including UiPath Studio UiPath Orchestrator UiPath Document Understanding UiPath AI Center Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate Power Apps Copilot Studio Power BI Dataverse Experience designing enterprise automation solutions using RPA, AI, OCR, workflow automation, and low-code technologies. Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns. Experience with REST APIs SOAP APIs Enterprise Integrations Database Technologies Cloud Services Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and platform capabilities. Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management. Strong leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive architecture governance and enterprise best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Experience implementing enterprise-wide Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE). Exposure to Generative AI, Copilot technologies, and AI-driven automation solutions. Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices. Knowledge of process mining and workflow optimization tools. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments. Understanding of security, compliance, and governance frameworks for enterprise platforms.
