About Position: We are hiring experienced Data Engineer with 8 to 18 years of expertise in Snowflake, Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), and Data Modeling. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms, building robust ETL/ELT frameworks, and delivering cloud-based analytics solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in modern data engineering technologies, cloud platforms, and data transformation frameworks. Role: Data Engineer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 8 to 18 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and implement scalable ETL and ELT pipelines using Snowflake, IDMC, Informatica, and Databricks. Build and maintain enterprise data integration frameworks supporting analytics and reporting requirements. Develop cloud-native data solutions using Azure cloud services and modern data architectures. Create and optimize data models to support business intelligence, analytics, and operational reporting initiatives. Collaborate with product teams, architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. Implement data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, and validation processes across multiple data sources. Design and manage Snowflake-based data warehouse solutions for enterprise-scale workloads. Develop and optimize SQL and Python-based data processing solutions. Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks for data engineering projects. Apply DataOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices to streamline data and AI solution delivery. Monitor data pipelines and platforms to ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and availability. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and quality standards. Troubleshoot data-related issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidents. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release activities. Create technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational runbooks. Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and best practice initiatives across the data ecosystem. Expertise You'll Bring: 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Data Platform development. Strong expertise in Snowflake and enterprise-scale data warehouse implementations. Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and ETL development. Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling techniques including dimensional and relational modeling. Proficiency in SQL for complex query development, optimization, and performance tuning. Strong Python programming skills for data engineering and backend data processing. Experience working with Azure cloud platforms and cloud-native data solutions. Experience building scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and modern data pipelines. Hands-on experience with Databricks and large-scale distributed data processing environments. Knowledge of CI/CD implementation and deployment automation practices. Experience with MLOps and LLMOps methodologies for AI and analytics workloads. Familiarity with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling. Understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and compliance requirements. Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience delivering end-to-end enterprise data solutions in Agile environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale programs.
