About Position: We are seeking an experienced Senior Professional Services Engineer (NTR-x) to join our Delivery and Engineering team. The role is responsible for the installation, implementation, configuration, integration, and support of the NiCE NTR-x platform, delivering enterprise-scale recording and compliance solutions for Banking and Financial Services customers. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise across the complete project lifecycle, working closely with Architects, Project Managers, R&D, Customer Support teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction. Role: Support Manager Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Install, configure, integrate, and deploy NiCE NTR-x recording solutions in enterprise environments. Perform platform upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and system enhancements. Configure software features and platform components according to customer requirements and solution designs. Support end-to-end implementation activities from project initiation through deployment and project closure. Perform unit testing, functional testing, system testing, and support customer UAT activities. Assist customers and third-party vendors with integration requirements across enterprise environments. Troubleshoot platform, network, telephony, and integration issues using diagnostic and monitoring tools. Analyze SIP, IP telephony, and communication traffic to identify and resolve technical issues. Perform packet capture analysis, log analysis, and troubleshooting using Wireshark and related tools. Provide technical expertise across recording, compliance, telephony, networking, and infrastructure domains. Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, Customer Support, and R&D teams to resolve complex issues. Escalate implementation or product issues appropriately and work with internal teams on resolution. Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and technical updates. Support customer deployments during weekends, after-hours, client-site engagements, and cross-time-zone activities as required. Provide technical feedback and enhancement recommendations to Product Support and R&D teams. Expertise You'll Bring: 5 to 10 years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, Technical Consulting, or Solution Support roles. Experience working within the Banking and Financial Services domain. Hands-on experience with NiCE NTR-x, Verint, or other enterprise recording and compliance solutions. Strong experience in installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance of recording platforms. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Operating Systems. Solid understanding of IP Telephony, SIP protocols, and enterprise voice technologies. Strong networking fundamentals including OSI Model, TCP/IP, UDP, LAN/WAN, NICs, Switches, Routers, and network troubleshooting. Hands-on experience using Wireshark, network analyzers, log analysis tools, and diagnostic utilities. Working knowledge of SQL and Shell Scripting for queries, troubleshooting, and administration activities. Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading technical discussions, implementation workshops, and customer meetings. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently across implementation, configuration, migration, and support activities. Experience integrating recording platforms with Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, and Amazon Connect. Experience with PBX, ACD, and telephony integration solutions. Cloud experience with AWS and Azure platforms. Experience with VMware and Citrix virtualization technologies. Knowledge of LDAP, SSO, MDC, ACD integrations, database migrations, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability architectures. Experience with Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policies, DNS, Security Hardening, Encryption, Certificate Authority, and EFS. Experience designing and supporting enterprise compliance and recording solutions.
