"Hiring Manager: Veerakumar Esakimuthu Email: The EL4 Engineer (AI/ML & GenAI Platform Engineer) is a highly skilled technical contributor responsible for designing, building, and optimizing advanced AI/ML and GenAI-driven solutions for the Optumus HTA Private Label App. This role focuses on developing scalable agent-based architectures, RAG pipelines, and enterprise-grade AI services that support conversational experiences and clinical/business workflows. The engineer will partner closely with product, architecture, data, and platform teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and compliant solutions in a regulated healthcare environment. Experience 10+ years of software engineering experience with proven success in designing and building scalable enterprise applications. 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, including practical exposure to GenAI, LLMs, or advanced analytics solutions. Required Skills & Attributes Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages. Hands-on experience in building AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agent-based architectures. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and deploying scalable AI workloads. Solid understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and integration patterns (REST, event-driven, MCP/A2A). Experience in data engineering, including data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline orchestration. Strong knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management. Ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams. AI Skills (Mandatory for All Contractors) Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms. Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and solution design workflows. Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with evolving AI capabilities and apply them to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and innovation. "
