Job Title: Junior Cybersecurity Project Manager Location: Pune, India Years of Experience: 8 to 12 Years Role Family: NA Role (Specialization): NA About Position The Junior Cybersecurity Project Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of cybersecurity projects and security operations initiatives. This position collaborates closely with senior project managers, security architects, SOC/CFC teams, and customers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both business and security objectives. What You'll Do Project Coordination & Delivery Assist in planning, tracking, and managing cybersecurity projects. Maintain project schedules, action trackers, RAID logs, and status reports. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items. Support project governance meetings and documentation. Cybersecurity Program Support Coordinate activities related to SOC, SIEM, SOAR, Incident Response, and security monitoring projects. Support onboarding, deployment, and transition activities. Track project risks, issues, and mitigation plans. Assist in managing security tool implementations and enhancements. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with customers, security teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Prepare meeting minutes, status updates, and executive summaries. Escalate project risks and issues to senior management when required. Support customer governance and operational review meetings. Reporting & Governance Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports. Maintain project documentation and audit artifacts. Track KPIs, SLAs, project health, and delivery metrics. Support compliance, audit, and governance activities. Financial & Resource Tracking Assist in tracking project budgets, resource allocations, and utilization. Support invoicing milestones, revenue forecasting, and effort tracking. Maintain project financial trackers and reporting dashboards.
