About Position: We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence / Process Improvement Manager with strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Process Optimization, and Operational Performance Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and aligning operational excellence programs with organizational objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives. Role: Process Improvement Manager Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce cycle times, eliminate waste, and improve operational efficiency. Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and transformation. Define, track, monitor, and report operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business functions and operational teams. Partner with executive leadership to align operational excellence goals with organizational strategy and business objectives. Lead change management programs to drive adoption of process improvements and operational best practices. Train, mentor, and coach teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Facilitate process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving workshops. Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and operational frameworks. Build a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Expertise You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in Operations, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Transformation, or Management Consulting. Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects and delivering measurable business outcomes. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred. Strong expertise in Process Optimization, Business Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies. Experience in process mapping techniques including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), SIPOC, and workflow analysis. Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills. Experience defining, tracking, and managing operational KPIs and performance metrics. Ability to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across business operations. Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of change management principles and organizational transformation practices. Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Strong understanding of quality management frameworks, governance, and compliance standards. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience influencing senior leadership and driving strategic initiatives. Strong project management, planning, and execution capabilities. Ability to mentor, coach, and train teams on continuous improvement methodologies. Strong collaboration, leadership, and decision-making skills. Experience supporting operational transformation and business excellence programs.
