About Position: We are looking for an experienced AI/Agentic Developer with strong expertise in .NET, Python, LLM Frameworks, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered applications and intelligent agents while leveraging enterprise-approved AI productivity tools. The role requires experience in healthcare-related projects, cloud platforms, modern GenAI frameworks, and customer-facing delivery environments. Role: AI/Agentic Developer Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent agent-based solutions. Create and implement Agentic workflows using modern LLM and orchestration frameworks. Build, test, and deploy AI/LLM applications across Azure or GCP environments. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud services. Leverage AI productivity tools to improve development efficiency, documentation, and decision-making processes. Expertise You'll Bring: 5+ years of overall software development experience with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, Agentic AI, or LLM-based projects. Strong hands-on experience with .NET, Python, and SQL. Experience working with LLM-based frameworks and Generative AI application development. Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks. Experience working with Azure or GCP cloud platforms. Strong understanding of AI productivity tools including GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Claude, and AI-assisted development workflows. Experience using Visual Studio Code with AI-assisted development tools. Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) frameworks and Agentic architectures. Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, NLP, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM application patterns. Good knowledge of Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, Azure AI Search, and MongoDB. Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered solutions. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Up to 5 years of experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of DevOps practices and automated deployments. Healthcare domain experience preferred. Experience working with Claims processing and related healthcare workflows. Experience working with US-based customers and global delivery teams. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum frameworks. Knowledge of Gemini and other Generative AI platforms is a plus. Consistent use of enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Claude, and other approved GenAI platforms. Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of approved AI productivity tools. Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, analysis, troubleshooting, and decision-making workflows. Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and apply them to improve quality, productivity, and delivery velocity. Utilize AI-assisted development practices to accelerate software engineering and solution delivery. Healthcare industry experience is desirable. Claims process and related healthcare domain experience is highly recommended. Experience working with US-based customers and business stakeholders is preferred.
