About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML & GenAI Platform Engineer to design, build, and optimize advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable agent-based architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and enterprise-grade AI platforms that power conversational experiences and clinical/business workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with product, architecture, data, and platform teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing AI-driven solutions in a regulated healthcare environment. Role: AI/ML & GenAI Platform Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Build and optimize LLM-driven applications, RAG pipelines, and agent-based architectures. Develop scalable AI services, APIs, and microservices supporting business and healthcare workflows. Design and implement secure, high-performance cloud-native AI platforms using Azure, AWS, or GCP. Develop and manage data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines to support AI workloads. Collaborate with product managers, architects, data engineers, and platform teams to deliver innovative AI solutions. Integrate AI services using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, MCP, and A2A communication patterns. Implement MLOps and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, monitoring, and governance. Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, regulatory, and operational standards. Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, technical design discussions, and Agile ceremonies. Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and enhance productivity. Contribute to AI platform modernization and continuous innovation initiatives. Expertise You'll Bring: 8–12 years of overall software engineering experience in designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications. 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or advanced analytics solutions. Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, or similar enterprise programming languages. Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic AI frameworks, and conversational AI technologies. Experience deploying and managing AI workloads on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and modern integration patterns. Experience implementing REST APIs, event-driven architectures, MCP, and A2A communication models. Expertise in data engineering, including data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and pipeline optimization. Strong knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Experience designing secure, scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, observability, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities with experience working across cross-functional teams.
