About Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Integration Services. This role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications that support critical business processes and digital transformation initiatives. Role: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Pune Experience: 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilities. Develop custom business solutions, workflows, automation, and integrations to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using Salesforce Integration Services, APIs, and middleware platforms. Enhance and support existing Salesforce applications to improve performance, usability, and system reliability. Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment procedures. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks. Support deployment, release management, and environment management activities. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across Salesforce projects. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions. Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and data protection standards. Expertise You'll Bring: 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex development. Extensive experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC). Proven experience with Salesforce Integration Services and enterprise application integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and customization capabilities. Experience designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise environments. Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance limits. Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes. Experience working with version control systems and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies. Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced delivery environments. Proven ability to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions within project timelines and budgets.
