About Position: The AI Test Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, safety, and correctness of AI-enabled systems throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This position requires a blend of manual and automated testing skills, with a strong focus on AI applications and their unique challenges. Role: AI/ML Tester Location: Bengaluru Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, execute, and validate testing strategies for AI-enabled applications and platforms. Perform data validation activities to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. Validate outputs generated by Large Language Models (LLMs) and assess prompt behavior changes. Design and execute functional, integration, performance, regression, and non-functional tests. Automate testing processes to improve quality, scalability, and testing efficiency. Test AI integrations, APIs, workflows, and enterprise application interactions. Validate AI model outputs across various business scenarios and datasets. Perform regression testing following AI model updates, prompt modifications, and version changes. Collaborate closely with developers to establish quality gates and testing standards across the SDLC. Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution. Support test data creation, management, and validation processes for AI applications. Contribute to responsible AI validation practices, including fairness, reliability, explainability, and safety testing. Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and automation initiatives. Continuously improve AI testing frameworks, methodologies, and quality assurance practices. Expertise You'll Bring: 8 to 12 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. Proven experience in both manual and automation testing. Strong Python programming skills. Experience with automation frameworks and test script development. Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and quality gate implementation. Experience testing APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications. Hands-on experience validating AI-enabled applications and machine learning systems. Experience testing Large Language Model (LLM) outputs and prompt engineering workflows. Understanding of prompt behavior analysis, model variability, and non-deterministic AI responses. Experience with AI test data management and validation techniques. Knowledge of responsible AI testing concepts including bias detection, safety validation, fairness, and explainability. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience creating test plans, test cases, automation suites, and quality reports. Familiarity with performance testing and reliability validation for AI systems. Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
