About Position: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with expertise in CI/CD automation, release management, and Salesforce platform delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing deployment pipelines, standardizing release processes, improving delivery efficiency, and ensuring reliable and secure Salesforce application deployments across environments. Role: Salesforce DevOps Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications. Automate validation, testing, deployment, and monitoring activities across environments. Standardize branching strategies, source control practices, and release processes. Manage packaging, environment provisioning, and configuration management. Drive end-to-end release execution across multiple Salesforce environments. Implement DevSecOps controls, quality gates, and deployment governance. Reduce release risks through automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with developers, architects, administrators, and business stakeholders. Monitor deployment health and resolve release-related issues. Support production releases, hotfix deployments, and rollback strategies. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and change management processes. Create and maintain deployment runbooks, release documentation, and operational procedures. Track release metrics and continuously improve deployment efficiency, quality, and reliability. Support Agile delivery teams with automated development and deployment practices. Identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce development lifecycle processes. Expertise You'll Bring: 8-12 years of experience in DevOps, Release Management, or Salesforce Platform Engineering. Strong experience building Salesforce CI/CD pipelines. Expertise in Git-based source control and branching strategies. Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management tools. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and automated quality controls. Experience implementing automated testing and validation processes. Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and environment management. Experience with package-based deployment approaches. Knowledge of build automation and deployment orchestration tools. Experience managing multi-environment release processes. Strong troubleshooting and production support skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across development and release processes.
