About Position: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with 9 to 12 years of expertise in delivering enterprise-grade business applications, workflow automation solutions, and digital workplace transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Agents, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online, along with a proven ability to modernize legacy business processes and drive automation at scale. Role: Senior Power Platform Developer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 9 to 12 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Assess existing Power Platform assets, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, SharePoint forms, Dataverse entities, and integrations. Perform impact analysis, dependency mapping, and migration assessments for modernization initiatives. Migrate and re-engineer Power Platform components to align with modern SharePoint Online and intranet architectures. Modernize legacy workflows and business processes using Power Platform and Microsoft 365 capabilities. Design, develop, and customize Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps integrated with SharePoint Online. Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications supporting enterprise business requirements. Configure Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules, relationships, and security models. Develop and optimize cloud flows, approval workflows, and business automation solutions. Migrate, maintain, and enhance existing Power Automate implementations. Design and implement Copilot Agents to improve user productivity and automate business interactions. Automate business processes such as document approvals, employee requests, workflow routing, notifications, and content publishing. Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services. Develop and maintain integrations with Azure Services, REST APIs, SQL Server, and third-party applications. Build reusable custom connectors and shared Power Platform components. Support SharePoint forms and workflow migration to Power Platform-based solutions. Collaborate with SharePoint Architects and Developers to ensure seamless portal integration. Develop migration runbooks, deployment plans, technical documentation, and operational procedures. Support testing, validation, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities. Implement governance, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management best practices. Contribute to CI/CD and Azure DevOps-based deployment automation processes. Expertise You'll Bring: 9 to 12 years of experience in application development, workflow automation, and Microsoft technology platforms. Strong hands-on expertise with Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. Extensive experience developing enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate. Hands-on experience designing and implementing Copilot Agents and AI-powered business solutions. Strong knowledge of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, forms, business rules, and security frameworks. Extensive experience with SharePoint Online, including Lists, Libraries, Content Types, Site Pages, Metadata, and Permissions. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and integration patterns. Experience migrating Power Platform solutions across environments and tenants. Expertise in REST API integrations, custom connectors, and enterprise system integrations. Experience working with Azure Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Integration Services. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Solution Deployment, ALM, and CI/CD practices. Strong understanding of Power Platform Governance, Security, and Compliance requirements. Experience troubleshooting complex application, workflow, and integration issues. Knowledge of enterprise intranet, collaboration platform, and digital workplace transformation projects. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-based automation platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and documentation capabilities. Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
