About Position: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, ReactJS, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and Event-Driven Architectures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise-grade applications while leveraging modern cloud-native technologies and software engineering best practices. This role requires hands-on experience in backend development, frontend engineering, API design, cloud deployment, and DevOps collaboration to deliver secure, high-performing, and scalable business solutions. Role: Full Stack Java Developer Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and ReactJS. Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern React development practices. Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services and business logic components. Follow software engineering best practices and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle. Design and implement microservices-based architectures using Java and Spring Boot. Build and support RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for enterprise integrations. Develop secure and high-performing APIs aligned with business requirements. Ensure API reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka. Build asynchronous communication and data streaming capabilities across distributed systems. Develop scalable messaging architectures for real-time data processing. Monitor and optimize messaging performance and reliability. Deploy, manage, and support applications on AWS cloud environments. Implement cloud-native application design patterns and best practices. Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to optimize cloud resources and deployments. Ensure application security, availability, and scalability within AWS environments. Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Support automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes. Participate in deployment planning and production release activities. Troubleshoot deployment and operational issues across environments. Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on development best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated validation processes. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams. Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Provide regular updates on development progress, risks, and technical recommendations. Expertise You'll Bring: 8-12 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development. Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Core Java, and Spring Boot. Experience building microservices-based applications and distributed systems. Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL services. Hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture principles. Experience deploying, monitoring, and managing applications on AWS Cloud. Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and scalable application design. Hands-on experience with Git, source control management, and branching strategies. Experience working with CI/CD tools and deployment automation pipelines. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) is an added advantage. Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
