About Position: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in GenAI Agents to lead and deliver strategic AI-driven transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project and program management expertise along with a solid understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation solutions. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage complex cross-functional projects, align stakeholders, oversee delivery teams, and ensure successful implementation of GenAI-based solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will play a critical role in bridging business objectives with emerging AI technologies while ensuring quality, governance, and timely delivery. Role: Senior Project Manager Location: Pune Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead multiple GenAI and Agentic AI projects from initiation through successful deployment and adoption. Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, delivery milestones, and resource requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate business requirements into executable project plans. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps. Drive end-to-end project execution while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic goals. Facilitate project planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, governance reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Oversee GenAI Agent implementation programs involving LLMs, RAG architectures, AI assistants, Copilots, and automation solutions. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and organizational governance frameworks. Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project status, key milestones, and business impacts. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, AI, cloud, data, security, and business domains. Drive resource planning, utilization management, and delivery excellence across programs. Track key project metrics, KPIs, and success measures to ensure business value realization. Resolve project challenges and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum. Mentor and guide project team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Support change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities for AI-driven solutions. Promote continuous improvement, delivery best practices, and innovation across project teams. Expertise You'll Bring: 8-12 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Technology Delivery roles. Strong knowledge and practical experience working with GenAI Agents, Agentic AI solutions, and AI-driven business initiatives. Proven track record of successfully managing complex enterprise technology projects and programs. Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Assistants, and intelligent automation solutions. Experience managing cross-functional technical teams in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments. Strong expertise in project planning, estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. Experience managing project risks, dependencies, change requests, and stakeholder expectations. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience working closely with AI, Data Science, Engineering, Cloud, and Product teams. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused communication. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience presenting project updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams. Familiarity with project governance, compliance, quality assurance, and delivery management processes. Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting timelines and quality objectives. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
